Description: As one kind of lime kilns, cement kiln belongs to building material equipment. According to various materials, rotary kilns can be divided into three types which are cement kiln, metallurgy kiln and lime kiln. As a crucial equipment to produce high quality cement, cement kiln refers to the revolving clinker calcining kiln. Cement production line can be applied to a wide range wich contains crushing, powder concentration, calcinating, milling and packing. During the whole process, there will be cyclone deduster for dust collecting.
Structure: It is composed of cylinder, supporting roller, foundation devices, race ring, flange, gear ring, shifting wheel device, movable kiln head, sealed device of kiln tail and burner barrel. We can design the whole cement production line, including making the clinker from crushing, powder concentration, calcinating of raw material and milling by cement mill and packing.
Working principle: Dry crude materials enter the kiln inlet. Then materials get through the preheater fron the high end of the cylinder. Then materials are fed into the kiln by the tremie pipe. Due to the inclination of the cylinder and slow rotation of the material, materials roll in hoop direction. On the other hand, materials move from the high end to the low end, where they are decomposed, burnt, cooled in succession. Thus they become cement clinker. Then they are discharged from the low end of the cylinder. Finally, they enter the cooling device. The heating source is sprayed about kiln by the burner barrel in the nose area of the kiln. The exhaust gas are discharged by the exhaust blower and are drained into the atmosphere by chimney after heat exchange with the materials
