Magnesium rotary kiln

【Application】:Magnesium rotary kiln is mainly used to incinerating magnesium clinker.

Description: We are a professional company which produces magnesium kiln and relavant technical process. Dolomite is one of its main raw materials. Raw materials are crushed by crusher to qualified materials which are 30 to 40 millimeters. After that, thery are calcined into white by rotary kiln, cooled by the cooling machine and grinded into powder by ball mill. Then they are pressed into balls by briquetting machine. After being crushed, they will mix with silicon iron powder (75% silicon) and fluorspar (95% GaF2) after being crushed. After the uniform mixing, they will be pressed into balls which are put in a reduction jar and put into a reduction furnace. Under the temperature of 1200 to 1250 degree celsius and 1.33-pasca vacuum, crude magnesium is produced by reducing. Finally, finished magnesium is abtained after being solvent refining, ingotting and suface treatment.
Structure: It is mainly composed of rotary drum, support device, kiln head, kiln end, sealing arrangement and coal burner. While being operated, magnesium kiln is supposed to match with jaw crusher, fine crusher, rotary kiln, cooler, ball mill, coal mill, bucket elevator, coal gasifier, briquetting machine, vertical preheater and screw conveyor.
Working principle: There is a certain angle between the kiln and horizontal line. The whole kiln is supported by a kiln roller. A parking-brake is installed to control the jumping of kiln body. Besides main transmission device, auxiliary transimission device is installed to make kiln body rotate slowly and prevent deformation of kiln while main transimission device stop ruuning suddenly. Clamshell seal is adopted to kiln head. Axial contact type seal device is adopted to kiln end, which makes seal realiable.
Application: It is mainly used to incinerating magnesium clinker.
