Description: kaolin is a kind of non metalic minerals. Owing to its whiteness and finess, it is also called dolomite. Kaolin rotary kiln is customized for calcinating. Kaolin has been widely used as raw materials in paper-making industry, ceramic industry, rubber industry, chemical engineering industry, paint industry, medical industry and defense industry. Kaolin rotary kiln with inner heated rotary kiln can calcinate superfine kaolin when the temperature is 950 to 1050 degrees celsius. Our company has mature technology which is pretty advanced at home.
Structure: It is mainly composed of tail, body, head, burner, discharge outlet, coal bunker, air supply device, motor, driving device, chimney, supervising device, dedustor and feed bunker.  
Working principle: Then materials are fed into the kiln by the tremie pipe. Due to the inclination of the cylinder and slow rotation of the material, materials roll in hoop direction. On the other hand, materials move from the high end to the low end, where they are decomposed, burnt, cooled in succession. Thus they become cement clinker. Then they are discharged from the low end of the cylinder. Finally, they enter the cooling device. The heating source is sprayed about kiln by the burner barrel in the nose area of the kiln. The exhaust gas are discharged by the exhaust blower and are drained into the atmosphere by chimney after heat exchange with the materia
